Jyotika is a Principal Consultant at Wilmington Healthcare with more than 20 years’ experience of frontline pharmacy, policy development and management roles within the NHS, the Department of Health and the private healthcare industry, Jyotika will be responsible for advising clients across a range of market access and pathway redesign issues. She previously served as a senior pharmacist at many Trusts, most recently St George’s Hospital Trust, where she was responsible for remodelling pharmaceutical services and supporting pathway redesigns for the Trust. Both within the NHS and at the Department of Health, she has developed and implemented policies to improve healthcare services at a local and national scale. Most recently, since completing her Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, Jyotika worked as an independent healthcare consultant supporting a range of biotech and pharmaceutical companies on market access and product development strategies. Currently she leads the medicines access agenda within the Wilmington Healthcare Consulting Team. She is also an editor and contributor to a new book, ‘Pharmacology & Medicines Management for Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals’, which is currently due for publication end of 2022.
