The discontinuation of clinical commissioning groups as effective entities from October 2021 and the shift to new Integrated Care System (ICS) structures mean a big change in decision making and commissioning in the NHS. Equally, an increasing focus on outcomes and patient experience, and continued cost pressures, has meant a greater focus on medicines management and optimisation.

The HSJ Medicines Forum will bring together decision makers and commissioners to discuss priorities and challenges and share best practice. Join colleagues and peers across primary and secondary care for a day of interactive panel discussions and roundtables to dig deeper into challenges including how to collaborate across the ICS, staffing, developing multidisciplinary leaders, and how to implement digital solutions to deliver on objectives.
